Our PUSH! Program is targeted towards young people (15-24 years) engaged with Youth Justice Services or Queensland Corrections (YPJC).
PUSH! will support young people to achieve personal and social development goals and towards and into further education/training and employment.
PUSH! is a 3-stream program that will weave:
- Personal coaching
- Activity-based training (such as action-based activities e.g. rock climbing, high ropes)
- The attainment of formal qualifications and employability skills at the right time and place for each individual. The qualifications are a Certificate II in Skills for Work and Vocational Pathways & Mico Skill Set in Automotive units Bicycle Maintenance & Repair with Registered Training Organisation One Stop Training
The program will iterate on a 10-week cycle to ensure multiple entry and exits points to meet circumstances of each participants.
